Chapel Cottage – Available to use for up to four people with use of the first floor with up to four guests. The top floor of Chapel Cottage is available at a supplement sleeping 6 guests.
Weekly and short break prices are shown in the price panels above. Weekly rentals begin on a Friday or a Monday.

SHORT BREAKS
Weekend 2 night short breaks are taken from Friday or Saturday or why not stay an extra night for the same price! Weekend 3 night short breaks are taken from Friday to Monday.
Mid-Week 3 or 4 night short breaks are taken from Monday or Tuesday.
LATE AVAILABILITY BREAK
2 night mid-week breaks are often available a couple of weeks before check-in.
Late availability breaks are bookable one week before the start date. Full payment is due to at the time of booking.

Check in day Check in and out day is Friday or Monday for a weekly rentals.
Check in:- Guests check in from 3.30pm on the day of arrival. You will receive a text on the day as soon as the cottage is available which is often earlier.
Check out:-Our guests are expected to check out by 10am on the day of departure.
Special Requests If you have any special requests, travel cot, high chair, extra beds, champagne/flowers please do not hesitate to ask and I will always try to accommodate you.
Small dogs are chargeable and a supplement will be added when requested.
Deposits To secure your booking I require a 25% deposit (or £100 whichever is higher).
Deposits and Cancellation Policy – If the cottage is cancelled more than eight weeks prior to the check-in date then the deposit paid will be lost. A booking cancelled within eight weeks of the check-in date will be charged at the full amount. I strongly advise that travel insurance is taken out at the time of booking – this is made clear on any quotes given.
Final Balance To be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. When a booking is within 8 weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking.
Change of dates:- An admin fee of £75 will be charged for any change of dates at any point. If changing dates then the new booking needs to cost the same or more than the original booking made.
A travel cot is available to hire at the cottage and charged at £4 per night. High Chair hire is charged at £4 per night. Stair gates are available free of charge.
All bedding is provided along with bath mats and a hand towel per bathroom. Kitchen tea towel and hand towel is provided.
Bath towels are not provided.
All duvets and pillows in the cottage are anti-allergy.
Chapel Cottage operates a NO SMOKING policy for your comfort.
I strongly advise any customers to obtain UK travel insurance to protect themselves if they need to cancel or make any claims during there UK holiday.
